Refund policy

ONLINE STORE:

For all products on our online store, once you have ordered your cake, no changes can be made so be sure to double check all your order details. In the event, you do need to cancel your order please notify us via email with you order number. For orders cancelled more than 48hrs ahead of pick up/delivery, a 25% administrative fee will be deducted from refunded amount. Unfortunately if you cancel less than 48 hours ahead of pick up/delivery no refunds will be offered as your cake order will be well underway being prepared.

CUSTOM CAKES & WEDDING CAKES:

For custom cakes and wedding cakes, please notify us via email to request to cancel your order. All orders cancelled more than one week prior to your event, 50% will be refunded back to you. All orders cancelled less than a week prior to your event no refunds will be offered. 

If you need to change the date of your order please send us an email and we can discuss availability for your new date. You will need to give us a minimum one weeks notice for any changes in date.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

All our cakes we treat with the utmost TCL! However once it leaves out sweet little hands to our clients, any damage incurred we do not have any responsibility over so please take extra care. Check out our FAQs and cake care card attached to your cake box for the easiest and safest way to get your cake to your destination.

Please note any requests for refunds due to colour variation, design or overall appearance will not be accepted. If there are any issues with the quality of taste of your product, please send us an email and we will endeavour to come to a solution as our customers satisfaction is our top priority. We will not be offering refunds for cakes that have been consumed and will require the cake to be returned for further assessment. 

EXCEPTIONS /NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items and gift cards.
